Business Expectations can drive business goals

When starting a business, the owner or director will have some business expectations. The first expectation will be, the business will be a success. Secondly, there will be financial rewards and personal achievement. Very few people start a new business expecting it to fail or have limited financial reward. The new business owner will be looking forward to creating fantastic relationships with both clients and suppliers. A relationship that will ensure:

  • Their clients will value their product or service
  • Clients will become an advocate for their business
  • Invoices paid on time and in full
  • Clients will be courteous and respectful

Using a Virtual PA in Oxford

Using a Virtual Assistant in Poole

I know there are at least three significant advantages of working with a Virtual Assistant or Virtual PA. (Not taking into account the many smaller benefits).  I know that this is correct from the feedback I have had over the years from my clients.  They have:

A Virtual PA encompassing all secretarial services

A Virtual PA encompassing all secretarial services

Secretarial Services in Oxford.

A virtual PA provides a number of secretarial services.

Secretarial services was not something I had considered to be my strong point until I commenced employment as a virtual PA. 12 months ago, I began my journey into the world of a Virtual PA. Subsequently my eyes have been opened to the skills and aptitude required to enable me to satisfy a wide range of clients and their exacting standards.

The tenacity required furnishes one with the knowledge that you have completed the work to the best of your ability and more importantly have met or exceeded your client’s expectations. Being thorough and with an eye for detail ensures that tasks are completed accurately and in timely fashion.

Confidentiality is a must for any Virtual PA, the requirement to handle sensitive documents or be privet to conversations of a delicate or private nature. Being somebody who loves to talk has made me recognize when it is appropriate to share information and has curbed my enthusiasm but paid dividends.

However, having to deal with the Inland Revenue and Courts for many clients, confidentiality is a must and all procedures must be adhered to to ensure an appropriate outcome.

Variety of Secretarial Services

Every day is different and brings something new to you. This can be exciting and require a new skill set to be learnt, such as audio typing as this can be another string to my ever growing bow thus ensuring that I can provide the best service possible to the generic everyday work that people take for granted. (Filing was never my forte).

Being a virtual PA has allowed me to develop in confidence and polished my skill set so that I can be a better, constantly improving me.

No matter, what the day brings, I enjoy the variety of work and having to think about what each specific client requires.  Find out more here.
